Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is LJ Hooker Alice Springs, Suite 2, 52 Hartley Street, Alice Springs NT 0870.
2. Competition Period
   Entries open at 12:01am on 1 August 2026 and close at 5:00pm on 31 August 2026.
3. Eligibility
   • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of LJ Hooker Alice Springs and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   • One entry per property appraisal.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   • Book and complete a free, no-obligation property appraisal with Scott Westover during the competition period.
   • No purchase is necessary.
5. Prizes
   There will be three (3) winners:
   • First Prize – Hot Air Balloon Experience
   • Second Prize – Overnight Stay at Lasseters Hotel Casino
   • Third Prize – Dinner Voucher to a local restaurant
   Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
6. Prize Draw
   The draw will take place on 2 September 2026 at LJ Hooker Alice Springs. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw and may also be announced on the LJ Hooker Alice Springs Facebook page and other social media platforms.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
   If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
9. Privacy
   Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy. Participants may also be contacted regarding real estate services unless they advise otherwise.
10. General
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.
    • The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or incomplete entries.
    • The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 Please note: Entry into this competition is separate from the LJ Hooker Spring Campaign. Eligible property appraisals may also qualify for entry into the LJ Hooker Springs Campaign, which is subject to its own terms and conditions.
